- Dealership name and location
- Account login credentials
- F&I deal performance data you upload to the platform (dealership business data only)

Important: ProfitStack is designed to receive dealership business performance data only. Do not upload data containing consumer personally identifiable information (PII) including customer names, Social Security Numbers, dates of birth, or financial account numbers. ProfitStack FI LLC is not responsible for any consumer PII inadvertently uploaded by users.
3. Dealership Employee Data
As part of operating the Service, we process performance data associated with individual Finance Managers at your dealership, including names and performance metrics. This data is business operational data collected on behalf of the subscribing dealership. Finance Manager data is used solely to provide the features of the Service and is not sold, shared, or used for any other purpose. The subscribing dealership is responsible for ensuring appropriate authorization to share employee performance data with the platform.

We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service
- Process subscription payments
- Send account-related communications and support responses
- Analyze usage patterns to enhance platform performance
- Comply with legal obligations
5. Payment Processing
We do not store your payment card information. All payment transactions are processed securely by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Stripe's use of your payment data is governed by their own privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: Third-party vendors who assist in operating our platform (e.g., hosting, analytics, payment processing), bound by confidentiality obligations

Upon cancellation, data may be retained for up to 90 days before permanent deletion, unless a shorter period is required by law. You may request immediate deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@useprofitstack.com.
